With nearly four decades of experience, my career journey began in business development, marketing and product management roles at renowned companies like Boral, Spalding Sporting Goods, and Mercury Marine. However, it was my tenure at NAB starting in 1997 that truly accelerated my career. Rapid promotions within the Leasing and Asset Finance Division led to diverse senior management roles across Australia and overseas in just a few years.
By my early thirties, I was managing large national teams and quickly moved through a series of Regional, National, and General Management positions. After returning to Australia, I spent three years as General Manager Corporate at NLC Pty Ltd, Australia’s leading salary packaging and novated leasing company, now part of SG Fleet Ltd.
As a natural leader, I thrived on enabling others and found my true passion in developing my team to excel. In December 2009, I founded Stride Group, driven by my lifelong interest in human potential and the belief that we can all achieve much more. Today, I empower others daily through coaching business owners, mentoring executives and leading leadership training workshops.
I’ve had the privilege of working with incredibly talented individuals who continue to inspire me. My greatest satisfaction, however, comes from witnessing my clients’ growth, development and breakthroughs as they achieve their goals.
It’s truly the best ‘job’ in the world.
