Senior Mentor
Bronwyn has had a successful career in senior managerial roles in banking and financial services, including long tenure with MLC and National Australia Bank. Since leaving the corporate financial services sector, Bronwyn has gained broad experience mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs, SME owners and senior managers.
Bronwyn has a down-to-earth style that encourages her clients to really think about what it is they want to do and what is most important to them. She is particularly good at keeping clients accountable to the goals they have committed to. Helping overwhelmed executives and business owners is a particular area of interest for Bronwyn, including assisting with time management, career development, leadership capability and managing overall wellbeing.
She has Graduate Certificates in both Business Psychology and Applied Positive Psychology and is finishing a Master of Psychology. She also has a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Financial Planning and Marketing.
Outside work Bronwyn is committed to keeping fit and is a certified running and strength and conditioning coach. She plays golf when able too.
