Adam Wilson – Owner & Mentor

My career spans over three decades. My early career was in sales, marketing and product management roles for such firms as Boral, Spalding Sporting Goods and Mercury Marine. It was when I started at NAB in 1997 that my career really took off – a quick series of promotions in the Leasing Finance and Asset Finance Division that took my family and I interstate and overseas in a matter of a few years. Upon my return to Australia I worked for three years as General Manager Corporate with Australia’s premier salary packaging and novated leasing Company – NLC Pty Ltd (now part of SG Fleet Ltd).

In December 2009 I started my own company with various offshoots-including part-ownership in my father’s recruitment firm Wilbart Associates Pty Ltd which is going strong. My primary work in the past five years has been in business coaching and executive mentoring. In the last three years I’ve also added group training facilitation to my suite.

I’ve worked with some extremely talented people in the past, who continue to inspire me today. My biggest buzz though is seeing my clients grow, develop and overcome their own blind spots – and achieve what they really want to achieve. It’s just the best job in the world.

In my spare time I dabble in golf, music and love travelling a bit more now my children are adults.

My personal Mission and motto is simple – to help and to serve.

Bernard is a well-respected business and technology professional with global experience in business growth and corporate strategy. He has worked with several organisations on the innovation, development and commercialisation of various products and services both in Australia and overseas. These areas included IT solutions, hardware and software development applied to vertical markets, agribusiness, medical, IoT, hospitality and publishing. He is an experienced business analyst, company & project director.

Bernard works strategically and tactically to improve the market position and financial growth of our Clients. Bernard sits on Advisory Boards and has been instrumental in developing several strong partnerships with medical institutions such as Healthscope, AGES and others.

Bernard has mentored many CEO’s & management teams and has provided sound companies strategic, technical, marketing, HR, IP, and corporate advice.

Prior to coaching and mentoring, Bernard was the founding member of what became Australia’s largest integrated publishing software supplier – Cybergraphic Systems. He was responsible for negotiating all its acquisitions and mergers, then managed the resulting companies through all the transitions.
